Task Pilot

Terms of Service

Last updated August 25, 2026

These terms cover your use of Task Pilot, operated by Elora Medical LLC. Using the app means you accept them.

Your account

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for what happens under yours, for keeping your password to yourself, and for telling us if it is compromised. A workspace owner can grant, restrict or revoke any member's access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Task Pilot to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack the service or the accounts of others. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

Your content stays yours. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Export or deletion is available on request.

Connected accounts

Connecting Google, Telnyx or another service is optional, and each connection is governed by that provider's own terms as well as these. Disconnect at any time in Settings.

Messages the app sends

Email and SMS sent through Task Pilot are sent as you, from the accounts and numbers you connect. You are responsible for having consent to contact the people you message and for complying with the rules that apply to that channel.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using Task Pilot whenever you like and ask for your data to be deleted. We may end access for a breach of these terms, or if the service is discontinued, with notice where practical.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above changes with them, and continued use after that means you accept the new version.
